tiny wood stove reviews of the Little Wenlock

The timeless appeal of a cast-iron stove is difficult to match. It is the difference between steel and cast iron in that a steel stove is just a metal box whereas a cast iron stove is a construction of many parts. These parts are designed and engineered to come together and give character and presence when combined. AGA stoves and this Little Wedlock stove is one of the best money can buy. The Little Wedlock stove has traditional cast iron moulded detail, arched side panels. Details that steel stoves of this size cannot ever possess. With a very traditionally styled wired handle it makes a stunning centrepiece in a medium to large sized room or fireplace in any home.

The Little Wenlock stove, resplendent in matt black, also has a durable high chrome grate and a top and rear flue output. The handle and spin wheel come in black as standard but are available in chrome as an optional extra.

Recommended fuel types:
Dry seasoned wood; Smokeless - Ancit, Centurion, Coalite (Nuts), Maxibrite, Phurnacite, Sunbrite (Doubles), Extracite, Blazebrite, Anthracite (Large Nuts), Welsh Dry Steam Coal (Large Nuts

Description

The Little Wedlock – This tiny wood stove is a classic cast iron stove from the Coalbrookdale foundry. Bigger all over than our Hobbit stove the Little Wenlock , by it’s name alone suggests that is indeed compact in size.

AGA’s tiny wood stove has been a great small stove for generations. Providing long and reliable service in warming the medium sized to large well insulated room. For a garden room situation the dimensions of the space would need to exceed 250 sq feet otherwise you would be uncomfortably hot with the stove running at it’s optimum.

When fitting this size of small stove into a fireplace then a fireplace opening of approx. 610mm wide and 700mm tall. suit the dimensions of this stove.
