All of our small stoves come with a warranty providing that you register your stove with us within 30 days from the date that you receive your stove. This way, your stove’s warranty can begin when it’s fully installed and operational, instead of it starting from when the stove has left our workshop.
The standard Hobbit stove and the Hobbit SE both have a 5 year warranty, whereas our Little Range Cook Stove has a 7 year warranty.
Our warranty covers the main body parts of the stove but does not cover parts such as the glass, grates, baffles and fire bricks, as these are consumable items which will be subject to general wear over time.
The 316 grade stainless steel chimney liner which comes with our chimney lining kit is manufactured by Midtherm, and it comes with a 10 year warranty.
We aim to provide you with a reliable wood burning stove which is manufactured, inspected and hand-finished to the highest possible standard, but if there’s something that you’re not quite happy about then please do not hesitate to contact us!
