Kneep Rewilding Project
A 3,500-acre rewilding project in Sussex, with beautiful off-grid accommodation.
Kneep began rewilding back in 2020, and since then, life has flooded into this haven for nature. Some of the rarest creatures in Britain have been sighted, including nightingales, turtle doves and purple emperor butterflies. Herds of ponies, cattle, pigs and deer freely roam the land where they belong, amongst a dynamic shrubland and wild meadows. Kneep has a simple but important goal – nature can grow back and flourish if we let it.

Shepherd’s hut wood burning stove
Kneep have 3 shepherd’s huts you can choose to stay in, and thanks to our shepherd’s hut stove installed in all three of them, you can choose to stay at any point in the year and not worry about getting cold! The Hobbit Stove is a small cast iron stove, made for small spaces such as shepherd’s huts due to its small footprint and thoughtful stove extras to allow you to personalise the stove to your space.
