We have designed two different tiny home flue kits for installing your small stove. The small space revolution of the last decade has seen the creation of some of the most beautiful, innovative and creative spaces. A huge array of different tiny homes has emerged, and it truly feels as if the only limit is our imagination! A small wood burning stove often sits at the very heart of these spaces, providing warmth, glowing light, the ability to cook, and the unique ‘hygge’ feeling that only a real fire can conjure. Installing one of our Hobbit stoves or Little Range Cook Stove will provide your space with an attractive centrepiece, and you can quickly transform your small space into the tiny home of your dreams, due to the warmth, comfort and homely atmosphere that our small stoves provide. If you happen to live off-grid or have a desire to be completely self-sufficient, then you can even add side boiler to your stove, which will give you a reliable hot water supply, enabling you to enjoy a hot shower with a view wherever you park up!
Our small stove can be fitted in a huge range of tiny homes, and we offer two different tiny home flue kits to make the installation process even easier! The flue parts in Tiny Home Flue Kit 1 have been designed to exit straight up through the roof of your tiny home, which is the most straightforward and affordable way to install our tiny stove in your small space. By having some single wall flue in the cabin, you will also benefit from the extra heat which is radiated by these parts. This installation kit also includes a silicone boot flashing, which is perfect for a metal profiled roof.
On the other hand, the flue pipes in Tiny Home Flue Kit 2 will exit through the wall of your tiny home, before going straight up the side of your tiny home in twin wall flue. This installation kit frees up a substantial amount of space inside your tiny home, and it’s also useful if you have to arrange your flue pipes around any combustible surfaces or windows, or if you cannot exit through the section of roof directly above your stove. This flue kit exits from the top of your small stove in single wall flue, so you still benefit from the extra heat which is radiated by these parts. You can see how other people have incorporated our small multi-fuel stove into the design of their tiny home by taking a look through some of our case studies.
Please note: It can be difficult to rigidly stick to the guidelines outlined in Part J Building Regulations when installing any stove into non-domestic settings, such as sheds, cabins, shepherds' huts, garden rooms, tiny homes, boats and other vehicles. Your installer will need to apply a degree of sensible flexibility when installing a stove into these settings.
Our flue kits have not been specifically designed to conform with Part J or other HETAS regulations. Before purchasing a flue kit, please confirm with your installer that they are happy to proceed with the parts listed.
