A raised, sloping edge surrounds the cooking plate, helping to keep ingredients centred over the heat while also collecting cooking juices and liquids for enhanced flavour and easier cooking. Specially designed to work with the Morsø handle, the angled rim allows the Plancha to be lifted, repositioned and manoeuvred effortlessly during use. When cooking is complete, it can be removed safely and conveniently from the grill or oven, reducing the risk of burns.
