Our stainless steel cooktop is intelligently designed so that the heat from your fire is channelled to heat one specific corner of your stove’s cooktop. This provides a range of cooking temperatures depending on the placement of your pan.
It’s removable and easy to clean, and it also helps to prevent any scratches to the paintwork of your small wood stove, which could be caused by the abrasion from your pans.
The Rear Exit
Our rear flue wedge is designed to maximise the usable space on top of your small wood stove. By redirecting the flue connection to the rear, it frees up valuable stovetop area—perfect for keeping a kettle on the boil or preparing simple meals.
Crafted from solid cast iron, this clever component allows your flue pipe to sit 50mm closer to the back of the stove than a standard 90-degree T and cap or rear-exit kit. The result? A cleaner setup, improved functionality, and more room to enjoy cooking on your stove.

Easy to put on and take off, the extended hotplate allows more space for stovetop kettles and other cookware while showing off your collection to the best advantage.
To allow you to add our Extended Hotplate to your Hobbit stove, you will need to exit from the back of the appliance with our rear flue wedge or a conventional rear exit kit in order to use this stove option.
