Product description
This single wall vitrelux flue pipe has a 100mm/4” internal diameter, which makes it perfect for your Hobbit stove, Hobbit SE or Little Range Cook Stove! All of our stoves have a 100mm/4” outlet, which means that our range of 100mm/4″ single wall flue pipes can connect directly into the top of our small wood burning stoves.
Our single wall flue pipes can be used as part of an installation kit. You can connect our single wall flue to other single wall flue pipes, or you can connect them to an adaptor to convert into twin wall insulated flue. Having single wall flue pipes inside the cabin of your campervan, shepherd’s hut, tiny home, canal boat, yurt or horse box will help you stay even cosier, due to the extra warmth that’s radiated from these pipes!
If you’re installing your small wood stove into a particularly small space, then it’s worth bearing in mind that single wall flue will need to be placed at least 3 times its diameter away from combustible materials, and 1.5 times its diameter away from non-combustible materials. This means that this flue pipe will need to be situated at least 300mm away from a combustible surface, and at least 150mm away from a non-combustible surface. On the other hand, twin wall flue pipes can be placed just 50mm away from combustible materials.
If you’re installing your small wood stove into a household fireplace or a Victorian fireplace, then you can still use our single wall flue to connect up to your chimney liner. We provide two different kits for installing your stove into a household fireplace. You can also take a look through our case studies to see how other people have installed their small wood burning stove, and you can check out our blog for lots of useful articles and videos which will guide you through your installation process. If you’re still stuck, then please feel free to contact us, as we offer a bespoke flue consultancy service free of charge to help you install your Hobbit, Hobbit SE or Little Range Cook Stove into your chosen space!
